Hardee's to Cross Maxon-Dixon Line, Populate Northeast Once Again

Don't act like you aren't excited.

It's back. You won't have to head south to visit Hardee's anymore, because they're returning to the Northeast. Yesterday, the North Carolina-based chain said that it plans to open 200 locations in the next five years, starting in New York and New Jersey. This is part of a larger plan to bring 1,000 new Hardee's locations to the Northeast.

Hardee's vanished from the region back in the '90s, leaving a gaping hole in the lives of fast food fanatics. Everyone who's just bursting at the seams with excitement will still have to wait 12 to 18 months for this comeback.
