Action-Packed Bento Boxes Return to Brushstroke

The Bento Boxes at David Bouley's Tribeca Japanese restaurant, Brushstroke (30 Hudson St.), are costly, yet totally worth it. The boxes, which were introduced last year courtesy of executive chef Isao Yamada, are filled with 16 seasonal items:

Miso Marinated Chilean Sea Bass

They also come with delectable accompaniments such as Golden Crab, House Made Pickles, Lobster and Mushrooms Steamed Rice and Hijiki and Fava Beans mixed with rice. As a finishing flourish, each box is wrapped with a Japanese scarf, adding a personal touch to your meal.
