Here's one of the most unexpected reports to end your day with: According to E! Online, Zac Efron was in rehab for alcohol addiction about five months ago—and he managed to complete the whole program without anyone finding out.
The deails are pretty thin at the moment so it's possible that this should be taken with a grain of salt—but according to a source close to Efron, the actor is "healthy, happy and not drinking...he's taking time to focus on working."
Honestly, I'm having a little trouble believing that Efron, one of the most recognizable faces in Hollywood, would have been able to complete a rehab stint without anyone finding out—but if he really did have a problem, then it's admirable that he recognized that and sought help. Things seem to be going well for him now too: In addition to the premiere of his new ensemble JFK assassination film, Parkland, Efron has his new movie with Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, and Dave Franco on the way next year, Neighbors, and a new romantic comedy, That Awkward Moment.
