Microsoft has announced today that the long awaited, forever hyped and alternately loved and hated Xbox One will launch in North America on November 22. However the launch in eight European counties will be delayed due to voice support features.

In case you've been living under a rock since June lets do a quick run-down of the Xbox One's features: Crazy fast, allows for digital downloading and sharing, records video for Xbox Live Gold members, integrates with everything, including your cable box - although reportedly not at launch. Moreover has a ton of great launch titles including Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, Battlefield 4, and Call of Duty: Ghosts among a myriad of others.

The Xbox One will sell for $499 and drops on November 22. The same date that Xbox 360 launched back in 2005. Its competitor, Sony's PlayStation 4 is set to drop on November 15 in North America for $399.
