Microsoft's Xbox One has sports junkies on lock with their next-generation of consoles and data-rich apps. Using the console’s internet connection the Xbox One will run data heavy ESPN and NFL apps that are full of video highlights, news tickers, curated twitter feeds and fantasy integration.
Not only will you be able to watch on demand sports from ESPN and NFL apps but also you'll be able to attach your cable box through the HDMI-in on the Xbox One to watch games and run apps side by side. The idea is to take the info apps and fantasy teams from your phone or PC and integrate and manipulate them real-time on the Xbox One.
Oh and if that's isn't enough, you can watch TV then snap back to your slip-screen or in-progress video game. Stay tuned for more details. Xbox One launches in November.
