Bethesda Softworks and Tango Gameworks have released a new gameplay trailer for The Evil Within for the upcoming Tokyo Game Show. While there is precious little gameplay in this trailer it is full of man terrifying things.

The father of survival horror Shinji Mikami, maker of Resident Evil among others, returns to complete one final masterpiece before he retires. The Evil Within looks like a mix of Resident Evil, Silent Hill and everything we love about the survival horror genre. The game also features a dynamic randomness that means every play-through will be vastly different.

Shinji Mikami's final horror game is set to launch on PlayStation 3 and 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One in 2014. Check out the live-action announcement trailer released earlier this year.
