So, Scarlett Johansson is getting married. And not to some Hollywood leading man with killer good looks and abs that can cut through glass, but, instead to some regular French dude who I'm sorry to say isn't you. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but his name is Romain Dauriac, he's a French journalist, he enjoys listening to Slick Rick, and he's been dating Scar. Jo for about nine months now.
According to People, a rep for Scar. Jo has confirmed the engagement, so there are no hopes of these rumors being false: "I can confirm that Scarlett and Romain are engaged. They haven't chosen a date for the wedding," the rep said. An "unnamed" source also revealed that they're "engaged and very happy."
Rumors of Scar. Jo possibly being engaged began swirling around last week when she was photographed at the Venice International Film Festival with a diamond ring on her finger while promoting her new film, Under the Skin. The two have reportedly been engaged for a month.
