A crazy ex-girlfriend was arretsed in Texas for posting a Craigslist ad soliciting sex from horny strangers while pretending to be her ex-boyfriend's new girlfriend. It's so much easier to just move on.
Heather McCarthy knew something was wrong when random men kept showing up at her home seeking a good time. When her boyfriend stepped in and confronted one of them, the man explained that a Craigslist ad promising sex acts had directed them there. Officials in Harris County traced the ad back to Samantha Weber, the man's ex-girlfriend.
Authorities obtained a warrant which allowed them to search Weber's email, which contained multiple emails from the type of guys who peruse Craigslist for sex. After learning that Weber was motivated by jealousy, they charged her with felony online impersonation.
