Someone dressed frighteningly similar to Pennywise the Dancing Clown has been spotted around Northampton, England, and residents are understandably uncool with its presence.
The clappearance has prompted local authorities to send out a warning to the public. Furthermore, a Facebook page allegedly linked to the creepy clown has shut down several rumors, including claims that the sightings are the work of local teens.
The best explanation is that this dude is motivated by some ancient evil that wants him to scare everyone shitless.
