On Apr. 20, 31-year-old Jonathan Harty was arrested after crashing into three cars while speeding, high on meth, pantless and wearing prosthetic breasts. He was also wearing a women's shirt, and there was a full bottle of urine and women's underwear near his feet. To make matters worse, his two daughters—ages six and four—were in the car. According to family members, Hart's youngest daughter now experiences nightmares and refuses to go anywhere alone.
When an officer inquired about what, exactly, Harty was doing, he explained that was on his way to buy toys for his daughters. The incident also happened to be his third DUI, so he was sentenced to 29 months in prison last Friday—the harshest sentence possible.
