First and foremost, I'd like to point out that it's best to take this report with a grain of salt, because it originates from Radar Online, and those guys are only reputable roughly half of the time. That said—Radar Online is reporting that Jack Nicholson has quietly retired from acting at the age of 76, due to problems with memory loss. From the report:

According to this source—who, I have to say, speaks kind of strangely—Nicholson is just retiring from acting. He will still continue to live his lavish, envy-inducing life in the public eye by attending Laker games courtside, hanging out with hot chicks in their early 20s on yachts, and flirting with Jennifer Lawrence at award shows:

To their credit, Radar does point out that Nicholson hasn't acted since 2010 in How Do You Know, but that doesn't automatically mean retirement. Best to hold out until official statements are made on this one.
UPDATE: Told you. According to E!, a rep has confirmed that Nicholson is not retiring from acting, and is not suffering from any memory loss. You tried, Radar Online...you tried.
