There's an uneasy feeling in the air of D.C. today due to the potential shutdown of the federal government tomorrow. News that D.C. Public Libraries will remain open should calm at least some of this uncertainty. D.C. Mayor Vincent Gray plans to keep the city open tomorrow, when city libraries are actually slated to begin operating with extended hours.
