Two for one! On Monday, 38-year-old David Allen Marshall of Jonesboro, Ark. was so unbelivably wasted that he passed out inside of an apartment complex, forcing residents to phone police. Officer Jeremy Smith told KAIT 8, that when Marshall awoke, he was "disoriented" and displayed "slow and slurred speech."
As Smith proceeded to pat him down, Marshall revealed that he was released for another county that morning for public intoxication. He was arrested again—for public intoxication.
