DVR Alert: The Last Two "Breaking Bad" Episodes Will Be 15 Minutes Longer Than Usual

Each episode will be 75 minutes long, with commercials.

The last two episodes of Breaking Bad are so intense, they were apparently just too much to fit in the normal one-hour timeslot. According to EW, the last two episodes of the series will each be 15 minutes longer than usual, meaning the episodes will last about 75 minutes with commercials—so everyone should set their DVRs accordingly right now. Consider this a public service announcement.

The news was confirmed by writer Peter Gould on his Twitter:

The penultimate episode will air on AMC this Sunday, Sept. 22nd, and the series finale will air the following week on Sept. 29th.
