To all those kids who are lost, angry, upset, and hopeless, James Ponsoldt and Miles Teller have this to say.
Ponsoldt: "Be brave. Be honest. Know that whatever you're going through other people have survived. You can survive anything, as raw and hurt and broken as you might feel. People are really resilient. It takes a lot of courage to make yourself emotionally vulnerable to a lot of people, but it's worth. Life is funny, and it is sad, but when you can really connect with someone else and trust that they won't hurt you, it's a really amazing thing. It took me a long time to figure that out."
Teller: "Make the most of high school, but at the same time, that diploma’s pretty important. I wouldn’t let partying and fun get in the way of getting to where you want to be in life. Nothing is going to be handed to you. You have to work hard for it."
