On Thursday night, Pho Wheels and Astro Doughnuts and Fried Chicken debuted their collaboration—the Astro Doughnut Banh Mi sandwich. The creation features the best of both worlds: soy garlic chicken, maple-glazed pork belly, or the option of mushroom-onion tofu, pickled radish and carrots, cucumbers, truffle aioli and cilantro wedges between a bacon, cheddar and chives Astro doughnut. There's a lot going on, right?
