Looks like Kendrick Lamar's verse on Big Sean's "Control" has done much more than incite the wrath of both New York-based and non-New York rappers alike. The guest verse heard across the world also drastically influenced other rapper's social media channels.

According to research done by BBE Booking Agency, Lamar may have boosted several different rapper's online presence, with some of the rappers mentioned in the verse resulting in new followers, increased YouTube views, and more Wikipedia page views. Who was the overall winner of being called out by Lamar, though? Jay Electronica. 

Kendrick wanted to kill off his competition and did the opposite. Pretty ironic, isn't it?
