Great news regarding piece of human garbage/Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis: According to The Hollywood Reporter, Francis has finally been sentenced to jail time for a 2011 incident where he assaulted two women in his Bel Air mansion after a night out partying.

The story broke last May: Three women went home with Francis after a night of partying in Hollywood, and it was there that an altercation between him and two of the women took place. The most horrifying part: Francis grabbed one of the women by the throat and hair and slammed her head onto a tile floor four times, before Francis threatened them and told them not to call the police. He was charged with three counts of false imprisonment, one count of assault causing great bodily injury and one count of dissuading a witness in connection with the incident.

Per his sentencing, Francis will spend 270 days behind bars, then serve three years probation. He will also be required to attend anger management courses, and participate in one year of psychological counseling.

After his conviction in May, Francis commented to THR that the jury who found him guilty was "retarded," and he blamed the US jury system for his legal woes: "I want that jury to know that each and every one of you are mentally fucking retarded and you should be euthanized because, as Darwin said, you have naturally selected yourself...you are the weakest members of the herd. Goodbye! And if that jury wants to convict me because I didn't show up, which is the only reason why they did, then, you know, they should all be lined up and shot!"

If that's not proof enough that this man should be spending a lot more than 270 days behind bars, we don't know what is.
