Just when you begin to openly question whether or not it’s time for Max and Nev to pack it up and start a new adventure together, Catfish finds a way to cover new ground. Yes, two folks had the sex right after the show, y’all! I wouldn’t have made it a big deal if the two hosts didn’t, who in turned used the moment to channel their inner Tyrese and Steve Harvey.

On a more serious note, last night’s episode explored what it’s like to live with post-traumatic stress disorder. Catfish has dealt with veterans before, but had never really dove into some of the realities our troops have to deal with coming home—particularly when it comes to relationships. So despite the catfish in question being more or less than what we said he was, last night’s episode managed to be great television all the same.
