Travel + Leisure took a survey asking readers to rank the snobbiest cities in America, and there weren't too many surprises. Based on features including food scenes, coffeehouse scenes, cultural scenes, shopping and even attitudes about the environment, San Francisco was ranked number one. The city earned the crown thanks to its food, shopping and cultural scenes, which seems to confirm most of what the "fart-sniffing" episode of South Park made fun of.
Also included in the top five were Boston, New York City, Minneapolis/St. Paul and Seattle and Santa Fe, which were tied.
