In case you were worried James Franco wasn't doing enough with his life, fret not—according to The Hollywood Reporter, he's just book a new gig on The Mindy Project! Because, let's be real, a handful of upcoming movie projects, a book of poetry, a Gucci documentary, working on his music, getting roasted, and appearing in tons of art exhibtions just isn't enough.

Franco will reportedly appear in two episodes next season, one being the show's September 24th season two premiere. As for his character, he'll be playing a former model turned doctor, Paul Leotard—really—who takes Mindy's job at Shulman & Associates after she quit during the season one finale to volunteer in Haiti.

Both Kaling and Franco previously appeared alongside each other in this summer's This Is the End.
