New Hampshire endeared itself to marijuana lovers yesterday, becoming the sixth New England state to give medical marijuana the legal stamp of approval. Gov. Maggie Hassan signed the bill, which now means that every state in New England supports medical marijuana. The bill, which was given final approval from state lawmakers in June, will set up alternative treatment centers that will sell marijuana to patients with "debilitating" medical conditions or chronic diseases that require it.
