Google Glass, for as radically designed as it might be, is getting its own web browser. Now, showing you messages and snapping photos is one thing, but surfing the web from a device on your face?
Fortunately, Google seems to have solved the problem of navigating through pages by enabling Glass' touchpad to function as a mouse. To scroll through a webpage, users will have to slide a finger on the touchpad; and to zoom in, they'll have to slide two fingers forward or backward. They can also place two fingers on the touchpad and move their head around to pan through a page. It may take some getting used to, but this is one of the steps Google is taking to help Glass live up to its fullest potential. The updates will be coming to Glass in a couple of days, and owners simply have to tap on the "View Website" screen to bring up the browser.
