Three weeks after rescuing an innocent-looking fluffy dog, a Trumann, Ark. man woke up on Monday morning to a burning sensation in his mid-section. The man, who's paralyzed from the waist down, soon made the horrific discovery that his new pet had found a new chew toy—one of his balls.
The 39-year-old, who told police he sleeps naked regularly, noticed the dog between his legs with blood on its front paws and muzzle. Further inspection revealed that the dog had eaten one of his testicles. To further complicate an already messy scenario, the man also told police that he wasn't sure if the dog had been vaccinated.
The man was taken to St. Bernards Regional Medical Center for treatment and the dog was euthanized. Its head was sent to the Arkansas Department of Health for rabies tests.
