A condo that comes with the promise of free food for five years is a steal. Casey Patten, co-owner of Taylor Gourmet, says he will give a gift card worth $2,970 to whoever buys his D.C. condo. That can be broken down to one sandwich per day for the next five years.

The condo is located at 777 7th Street NW, above the Clyde's on that busy Chinatown strip where the Verizon Center is located. The 800-square-foot unit was renovated two years ago by Grupo 7, who also designed Taylor. It also includes a 400-square-foot private, outdoor terrace.

Patten says it hasn't been listed yet, but it should be on the market either today or tomorrow. Oh, and he wants $489,000 for it. "It's perfect for entertaining," he insists. There are several bars, restaurants and retailers within walking distance, plus the Verizon Center is next door. Those attractions draw a lot of people, and if you're cool with that—and have the money to spend—you should strongly consider this.

Not to mention, it comes with free food.
