In what might be an answer to the Dunkin' Donuts Glazed Donut Breakfast Sandwich, one ambitious chef in San Diego has created the Krispy Kreme Sloppy Joe Sandwich. Chef Charlie Bogosian, known as Cali's "deep-fry king," will debut his creation at the San Diego Fair beginning today.

The sandwich is basically a glazed donut sliced in half and packed with cheese, meat and sauce. Eating this will no doubt be a messy experience, but it involves a new dynamic: a glazed doughnut. The sandwich will be available at the fair until July 4; don't be afraid to try something different.
