Samsung has breathed new life into its Ultrabook line, announcing the ATIV Book 9 Plus and ATIV Book 9 Lite during their event yesterday across the pond.

The ATIV Book 9 Plus is a 13-inch computer that replaces the old Series 9 Ultrabook. It's armed with a 3,200 x 1,800 touchscreen, coated with Gorilla Glass for added protection. Users can change the computer's positions thanks to two hinges located on the body. Ultrabooks are popular for being ultra-portable, and this stays true with the Book 9 Plus: it has a weight of about three pounds and battery life clocking in at 12 hours; aka: it's one of the best things next to a tablet.

The company's ATIV Book 9 Lite is a little bit of a lower-end model (hence the 'lite'), but comes with a 256 GB solid state hard-drive and a 1,366 x 768 display, which comes in both touch and non-touch models—each weighing in at a little over three pounds. The Book 9 Lite also gets a little more colorful than its bigger brother, coming in color options of white, red and black.

Samsung didn't announce the price of the models during the London event. Will you be scooping one of these bad boys up?
