In a recent Washington Post-ABC News Poll, Google defeated rivals Apple and Facebook with 83 percent of Americans favoring the Mountain View tech giant over competitors.
Google had the strongest ratings in the age group of 18 and 29, with 72 percent expressing "strongly favorable" views of the company.
Meanwhile, Apple dropped tremendously from last year's 81 percent to 71 percent this year. Facebook, on the other hand, is still the most popular company among the Gen X users, outnumbering Google and Apple by 3 to 1.
