I don't think I can express to you how much I played the shit out of all of the Legacy of Kain titles.
Seriously, it was one of our favorite series of all time and the news that Square Enix has a title in development within the franchise is massive. Nosgoth is not going to be a 'traditional' Legacy of Kain title per se, but the series will take place within the Legacy of Kain universe.
Square-Enix community manager George Kelion had this to say about the title that's currently in the works.
“Nosgoth exists and is in active development, but is not a traditional Legacy of Kain action-adventure game. Nosgoth is set in the same universe as previous LoK games, but on a different branch to the Blood Omen and Soul Reaver series. The community should not be thinking of Nosgoth in terms of a single-player experience.”
So a Legacy of Kain multiplayer? Ok, we're willing to listen. Please don't screw this up
