Lynn Marie Herzog proved to be the worst neighbor in her Winfield, Mo. neighborhood after she was arrested for scaring the hell out of children with a ski mask and chainsaw. The 50-year-old ruined the sanctity of Sunday morning by berating her fellow neighbors and creating general disorder by wielding the tool like a weapon.
Why was Herzog so pissed? She claims the kids were throwing rocks at her home. Apparently, she couldn't take it anymore, so she donned the mask and decided to go Leatherface on the kids, minus the grisly murders of course. For her poor display of judgement, she was charged with felony harassment of a child under the age of 17. She faces four years in prison if convicted.
