When the spirit of competition leads to arrests at an elementary school talent show, it's time to fall back. Latisha James and Jessica Tyler were attending their children's youthful display of talent at Lakeview Elementary School in St. Cloud, FL when Tyler asked James to sit down. The 39-year-old James claims that Tyler, 27, knocked her younger daughter to the ground; Tyler claims it was accidental.
Things escalated quickly as the women came to blows and Tyler claims James choked her out. James was charged with battery, and while Tyler wasn't arrested, she could still face charges if prosecutors decide to push the envelope. The school has taken action against both women, banning them from the school, which forced Tyler to miss her daughter's fifth-grade graduation.
