“Crimson Dragon” Director Working on New Game For Nintendo

"Panzer Dragoon" Creator is being tight-lipped on the details.

In an interview with Joystiq earlier this week, Crimson Dragon director Yukio Futatsugi spilled the beans that he’s working on an as-of-yet unknown game for Nintendo through his company Grounding.

While Futatsugi refused to say anything else about the project, it’s nice to know that he’s still working on games. Crimson Dragon, which began life as a spiritual successor to the designer’s on-rails classic Panzer Dragoon for the Kinect, has been moved over to development on the Xbox One, seemingly with its motion controls removed. Futatsugi has also been involved with some notable RPGs in the past, among them Blue Dragon, Ring of Red and Lost Odyssey.
