In honor of the Supreme Court's decision this week to declare the Defense of Marriage Act unconstitutional, The New Yorker is running this image that artist Jack Hunter submitted to Tumblr last year: A work featuring Sesame Street fixtures Bert and Ernie snuggling after the Supreme Court overturned DOMA. In the original work, it featured a picture of President Obama on the screen—a reference to him announcing his support of gay marriage back in May 2012.
