Yesterday, Ariel Castro was indicted by a Cuyahoga County Grand Jury, and the 142-page document has been released. Castro was arrested last month for kidnapping three women and holding them captive inside of his Cleveland, OH home, sexually abusing them for years. The 329-count indictment spans from August 2002 until February 2007.

Castro was indicted on 177 counts of kidnapping, 139 counts of rape, seven counts of gross sexual imposition, three counts of felonious assault and a count of possession of criminal tools. In addition, he was also indicted on two counts of aggravated murder for orchestrating the termination of one of the women's pregnancies.

In August 2002, Castro abducted Michelle Knight. In April 2003, he abducted a then-16-year-old Amanda Berry; in April 2004 he abducted Gina DeJesus. The three women, as well as Berry's 6-year-old daughter, were discovered and rescued with the help of Charles Ramsey last month.
