He quit Twitter. Again.

Alec Baldwin went on yet another Twitter rant this week, and he's not apologizing. People were pissed when Baldwin appeared to be hurling gay slurs at Daily Mail reporter George Stack after his article accused Baldwin's wife Hilaria Thomas of tweeting during James Gandolfini's funeral.

The Daily Mail isn't exactly known for its accuracy, and we're pretty sure most celebs ignore the ridiculous stories and insinuations just like they ignore the National Enquirer. But not Baldwin! Despite calling the openly gay a "toxic little queen," Baldwin says it had nothing to do with the reporter's sexuality.

"A queen to me has a different meaning. It’s somebody who’s just above. It doesn’t have any necessarily sexual connotations," he said. "To me those are people who think the rules don’t apply to them. This guy could blatantly lie, I mean blatantly lie about my wife on the internet and there are just no rules that apply to him, but that’s outrageous to me."

He's also quitting Twitter because Tea Partiers hate him more than they hate BP. Yep, you heard us. "What kills me is these are people who want to put me out of business, so to speak, as fast as they possibly can, but they don’t want to put BP out of business, who turned the Gulf of Mexico into a cesspool," he said.

GLAAD already forgave the 30 Rock star anyway, so maybe he won't be losing his many endorsement deals à la Paula Deen. "’m not interested in offending anyone," Baldwin said. "If homosexuality was an issue for me, I would have moved out of New York years ago."
