Rents in the Northern section ofWilliamsburg are $1,600 higher than they are on the Southern side—is that not complete and total BS? MNS Real Estate CEO Andrew Barrocas refers to this ridiculously expensive area as "Prime Williamsburg," which apparently justifies the absurd cost of living. The average price of a studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms are nearly $3,500, compared to $2,900 in South Williamsburg; for that price, why not just buy a house?
