The NYPD is asking for help in locating a man guilty of not only attacking someone on the 7 train, but for rocking a ponytail while doing it. Police say the attack took place around 1 a.m. on Cinco de Mayo on a train headed to Queens, and the clown with the ponytail can be seen clocking an unsuspecting victim for no reason.
Anyone with information is being asked to forward it to the Crimestoppers website, call 1-800-577-TIPS or call a barber. In fact, definitely call that barber.
