West Philly's Lil' Pop Shop opened to rave reviews, and now they plan to open a South Philly location very soon. This comes on the heels of the successful cart (pictured above), which won best mobile dessert at the Vendy Awards. The new Lil' Pop Shop will occupy the space at 534 South 4th Street, directly across the street from Jim's Steaks and its perpetually long line. Jeanne Chang and Vince Tseng are targeting June 1 for the opening, and their frozen treats should be a smash on South Street this summer.
