Gambling ramen lovers will now be able to have both fixes satisfied, as Jose Garces plans to open a noodle bar inside of the Revel Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. Garces originally planned to place the Planxa bar next to Amada, but decided that ramen and dim sum are the way to go. The restaurant, which still has yet to be named, is reportedly set to open Memorial Day weekend, which is kind of like a big deal for the casino.
