One month after being released for Android, Facebook Home topped one million downloads. On Sunday it was reported that the application had been downloaded anywhere from one to five million times. When it exactly happened, however, is still unclear.
Despite Facebook’s immense online success, Facebook Home still seems to be doing a lackluster job of attracting the same user base. In the countries that offer Facebook Home on Android software, it is below the top 100 apps mark.
Although the milestone is considered a success, when comparing it to Facebook’s mobile app it is a far cry from where the company hopes to be.
