Every year, some people take the fact that May is National Masturbation Month to gross extremes. On Wednesday, one bold man gave people in San Francisco an early morning show, wildly masturbating outside of the California Pacific Medical Center in Presidio Heights before being asked to leave and forced to continue his antics in front of a small crowd waiting at a bus stop.
The 35-year-old man was apprehended by police and arrested on charges of suspicion of indecent exposure. It also didn't help that he had a series of outstanding warrants. Was it a dare, or is he just out of his mind?
