1 1/2 cups Whole Milk
1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
1/3 cup Sugar
6 Egg Yolks
1/3 cup Cake Flavored Vodka
1/3 cup Amaretto Liqueur
1/4 cup Crème de Cacao
3 tbl. White Chocolate Liqueur

: In a saucepan, add the milk and heavy cream. Over medium-high heat, scald the mixture. In a large bowl, add sugar and egg yolks and whisk for 1 minute. Carefully, slowly pour half the scalded milk and cream mixture into the egg yolks. Add the milk and egg mixture back into the saucepan. Warm over low-to-medium heat, stirring constantly.Transfer custard to a heat-proof container, cover, and let cool for 1 hour. Stir in the cake vodka, amaretto, crème de cacao, and white chocolate liqueur. Chill in the refrigerator until completely cold (up to 6 hours). Transfer the custard to an ice cream machine, processing according to the manufacturer's instructions. Churn at least 20 minutes; ice cream will still be soft and will be ready to serve as a milkshake. Pour into a tall rocks glass with a straw. Yields 4-6 milkshakes.
