Ingredients:
Trefoil Cookies
Whole Milk
Vanilla Ice Cream
Bourbon

Method
: Toast cookies for about 5 minutes. Combine with milk and then cover. Refrigerate for about 1-2 hours. Strain milk from mixture into blender and add ice cream, bourbon and salt. Purée until smooth. Pour and then top with whipped cream and crumbled cookies. For the full recipe, click here.
