Caramel (dulce de leche) Ice Cream
Unsweetened Coconut Milk
Dark Rum
Chocolate Syrup
Whipped Cream

Method: Toast coconut in a small pan on medium heat until golden. Combine ice cream, coconut milk, salt, and rum into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the toasted coconut, blending into the mixture, but do not purée. Line the serving glass with chocolate syrup and pour mixture into glasses, topping with whipped cream, shaved dark chocolate and remaining toasted coconut. For the full recipe, click here.
