Vanilla Ice Cream
Beer (a dark stout, Brooklyn Brewery Black Chocolate Stout is recommended)
Method: Take out vanilla ice cream and soften. After ice cream has lightly softened, combine ice cream, milk, chocolate syrup, and stout (pouring slowly as to not cause excess foaming from the beer) in a blender with a pinch of salt.
