2 oz. Bailey's Original Irish Cream
1 tbl. Espresso, cooled
1 cup Häagen-Dazs Baileys Ice Cream
1/4 cup Chopped Semi-Sweet Chocolate
Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans
Method: Place Baileys Original Irish Cream, Espresso, Ice Cream, Chocolate in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour mixture into a large martini glass. Garnish with Whipped Cream drizzled with Fudge sauce and topped with Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans.
