It seems that team EA is planning a merciless, end-of-the-year assault on our wallets. In addition to the titles they've already announced during their presentation at today's Xbox One reveal, they've just hit us with the news that Battlefield 4 will dropping on October 29. If that isn't enough to get you into a pair of camo fatigues, the shooter will also be releasing on the Xbox One and PlayStation4 entertainment consoles.

When players pre-order, they'll get the Battlefield 4 "China Rising" expansion pack for free. The pack includes four multiplayer maps, new vehicles and high-tech equipment to offer an extra edge on the competition. Before you start hyping up rumors about the connection of BF4's release and an actual release date for the Xbox One, just remember the console you've got sitting in the living room. Yes, the PS3 and Xbox 360 still exist. The October 29 launch date is for those.
