A crowd of people who gathered for a news conference in Columbia, SC on Tuesday got an eyeful of regret. 42-year-old Monica Dixon was arrested for stripping to her underwear on the steps of the South Carolina State House during a conference promoting statewide initiative Palmetto Pride's Zero Tolerance for Litter Campaign.
Dixon was charged with disorderly conduct, yet the motive for her striptease remains unknown. Whatever her message was, she stole the show. There's no better statement than a public spectacle accented by borderline nudity. Mission accomplished.
