Rookie jitters turned into disaster for KFYR reporter turned anchor A.J. Clemente. Clemente, who works for the Bismarck, ND NBC affiliate, was extremely anxious about making his anchor desk debut last night. Let's just say his nerves got the best of him: His first words on live television were "F*ckin' sh*t!"

That's one hell of an opening statement, and a good way to guarantee people will remember you forever. Look at how taken aback his co-anchor Van Tieu is.

Clemente was suspended as a result of his profane outburst, and KFYR's 10 p.m. newcast began with an apology and without Clemente. In his defense, he didn't realize his microphone was on, but if you've gotten that far in your career, you should know better.

Maybe he was still bummed because the Jets traded Darrelle Revis to the Buccaneers. That's still no excuse for pulling a Ron Burgundy, but hopefully he can bounce back from this.
