A man began the week by handing in his letter of resignation to the U.K.'s Border Agency. Because he wanted to make an event of the situation, the letter came printed on a cake. Chris Holmes quit his job to devote his complete attention to his cake business, and this is a pretty damn good exhibition of his talent.

He even capped the letter off with a link to his website. Despite this amazing flourish, Holmes remains highly critical of his work. "The writing was quite fiddly... I would have done it a bit neater if I'd known it was going to go viral." He's a perfectionist, which you have to be in the cake industry.
Still, this is how you quit like a boss.
